Sage Intelligent Monitoring Service

SIMS is an automated comprehensive server monitoring system which checks:

System back up to ensure your data is safe

Network devices

Antivirus pattern file to make sure your protection is always up to date

Disk space to ensure adequate spare capacity

Hard disk health to ensure your disks are always in peak operating condition

Critical event logs to identify developing problems that could cause downtime

SIMS consists of two parts, an agent on your server(s) and a console monitored in Sage Technology's Operations Centre.

The agent checks your server(s) and other configured devices every 15 minutes as well as a more detailed daily check. Results are monitored and rectified during business hours by the Sage team.

Successful Error Detection

SIMS detected critical errors in more than 40 servers last year.

Most servers had more than 10 errors each, highlighting the importance of continuous monitoring.
